For the brands, importers and marketplace sellers who supply that demand, the question is not what the product is — it is how to source it so it fits, holds up and ships as their own. A grease bucket liner is a thin, formed aluminum foil cup that drops into the drip bucket hanging off a pellet grill or smoker. Grease and oil run off the cook, down the chute and into the lined bucket; when the liner fills, the user lifts it out, folds it and bins it, leaving the bucket clean. It is cheap, disposable and bought in multi-packs, which makes it a repeat-purchase consumable rather than a one-time accessory — exactly the kind of SKU that rewards a reliable wholesale supply.
The single biggest driver of returns and bad reviews is fit. A liner that is too short sits below the bucket rim and lets grease run behind it; one that is too wide will not seat. Each major brand uses its own bucket size — Traeger’s 20, 22 and 34 series and HDW152 large bucket, Pit Boss 700/820/1000 series, Camp Chef, Oklahoma Joe’s, Green Mountain, Z Grills and Rec Tec all differ.
