Oblong Aluminum Foil Roasting Pans

The oblong roasting pan series — items 323-00-100, 348-00-100, 367-50-100, 349-00-100 and 2016-00-100 — is the rectangular workhorse of the roaster category. Straight walls and square corners use every inch of oven rack space, portion cleanly into servings, and stack tightly in case packs, which is why oblong roasters outsell every other roaster shape in year-round supermarket programs. Five capacities from 116.0 to 256.0 fl oz cover everything from family-size lasagna to a whole holiday brisket.

  • Five capacities: 116.0, 168.0, 176.0, 248.0 and 256.0 fl oz in a single rectangular format family

  • Snap-on foil lids and a dome lid available for the 323, 367 and 348 footprints

FAQs

Which oblong roaster size fits which cooking job?

The 116.0 fl oz pan (323-00-100) handles side dishes, small birds and family lasagna. The 168.0 fl oz (348-00-100) and 176.0 fl oz (367-50-100) sizes cover everyday family roasts and casseroles. The 248.0 fl oz (349-00-100) and 256.0 fl oz (2016-00-100) pans take whole briskets, pork shoulders and large turkeys for holiday and catering volumes.

When should I choose an oblong roaster instead of an oval one?

Choose oblong when portioning, oven density or shelf presentation matters. Straight walls cut into uniform servings of lasagna, stuffing or sliced meat; rectangular pans tile side by side on an oven rack with no wasted space; and the flat footprint faces forward cleanly on retail shelf trays. Oval pans remain the better fit for whole-bird presentation.

Are matching lids available for these pans?

Yes. The 323L foil lid fits 323-00-100, the 367L foil lid fits 367-50-100, and 348-00-100 accepts both the 348L flat foil lid and the 348DL dome lid for tall roasts and frosted baked goods. Lidded versions work as complete take-and-bake retail packaging.

Can oblong foil roasters go straight from freezer to oven?

Yes. Food-grade aluminum moves safely from freezer to oven or grill without thermal-shock risk, so these pans are standard for make-ahead frozen casseroles and ready-to-bake retail meals. Place the pan on a sheet tray when carrying heavy loads, as with any disposable roaster.

What are the case pack and private-label options?

All five sizes pack 100 units per case, with case weights from 10.95 to 21.90 lbs and cube from 1.01 to 4.46 for container planning. We support private-label sleeves, retail-ready trays and mixed-container loading across the size range — share your channel and program calendar for a configuration proposal.
